BPI Architecture is a studio of architecture with headquarters in Barcelona. We work internationally for commercial, residential and corporate projects, offering integral services of architecture and interiorism. Our projects are conceived to unite an efficient design with a high level of detail, taking into account the individual needs of our clients. Esplugues

Complete refurbishment of a single-family house in Esplugues de Lobregat. The project includes housing and exterior renovation. The general structure of the house was used for the interior refurbishment and we adapted the swimming pool and jacuzzi to the natural slope of the land.

Can Misses

Abc Can Misses is a private real estate complex located in a residential area from Ibiza, very close to the city center. The project is destined to main home. The 42 apartments layout in two identical buildings of low height, allows all the apartments to enjoy very nice views of the garden area. It is formed by a community area with a 90m2 swimming pool and passageways with local vegetation and attached to a public garden that combined form a very nice space. The buildings highlight the values of the environment, integrating the edification through big terraces and big windows. The apartments are large, of approximately 90m2 de ones with 2 bedrooms, and of 120m2 the ones with 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms and laundry. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen, parking place, and storage room.

 

SA Olivera Eivissa

Abc Sa Olivera is a real estate complex located in Puig d’en Valls, only a few minutes’ walks from Ibiza. The project, destined to main home is based in the disposition of a group of builds in a “U” shape, with a total of 60 apartments divided into three buildings. The central area has a community area with a swimming pool of 100m2, a children’s play area and gardened passageways with local vegetation. The apartments are large, of approximately 90m2, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terraces, and brightness. Each one of them has a fully equipped kitchen, parking place, and storage room.
